Lori.
Chief Executive Officer + Chief Creative Director
Lori is CEO and co-founder of NOVA6, where she helps companies re-imagine how they interact with their customers and manage their businesses in the digital economy. Since co-founding NOVA6 in 2011, Lori has driven the firm’s growth from a small startup into a full-service marketing firm.
Lori has been designing and developing websites for more than 15 years. She heads the company’s web design and development department and executes creative graphic content.
In 2004, Lori’s entrepreneurial aspirations prompted her to leave her position at CLN where she worked in marketing, and taught web development. She founded After Midnight Media, where she served as the lead creative director and web designer. She was also responsible for web development and live-event productions.
Lori graduated from CLN’s Webmaster program in 2000 and received a CompTIA i- Net certification. She currently lives in Altoona, PA with her husband Chris and their son, three dogs, and two cats.

Jim.
Copywriter
Jim is responsible for brainstorming, creating, and transforming ideas into words for digital and print content, including: web copy, blogs, social media content, broadcast commercial scripts, press releases, and brochures.
Jim has been a copywriter for over 20 years. He has written for Pennsylvania Musician Magazine and the Altoona Mirror’s Backyard Beats. He also hosts his own radio program in State College. Jim is a communications instructor at Penn State Altoona and received a degree in Speech Communication and General Broadcast from The Pennsylvania State University. Jim lives in Altoona, PA.

Todd.
Editor
Todd is responsible for the content and quality of publications to ensure that stories are engaging and informative. Since joining NOVA6 in 2012, Todd has become indispensable, considering he guarantees that content is clear and consistent, complete and credible, and that text is well written, and grammatically correct. Todd received a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Pennsylvania State University. Todd lives in Altoona, PA.

Chris.
Chief Operating Officer + Chief Video Director
Chris oversees the company’s client relationships, technical product functionality, and creative video strategy. He has directed and edited video productions using cutting edge video cameras and equipment, software, and motion graphics for over 13 years.
Chris is a graduate of CLN, where he studied computer repair and networking. Chris also curates the company’s strategic professional relationships. He develops technical systems, and leads the creative elements of the videography department.
Prior to NOVA6 Chris co-founded After Midnight Media, where he was responsible for directing, producing, and editing videos as well as live-event productions. Chris produced and directed a 30 minute television series named The Underground TV. The show aired on Fox 8 and ABC 23 for 5 years, totaling 130 episodes. Chris currently lives in Altoona, PA with his wife Lori along with their son, three dogs, and two cats.

John.
Videographer
John works as part of the production team that creates video products and directs multi-camera studio equipment and video switching. He generates and inserts on-screen text and graphics in live productions using cameras, DVRs, switching equipment and editing software. He mixes in audio, manipulates the studio lighting and controls the studio mikes.
John graduated from Specs Howard BMA/DNA School for Broadcast Media Arts with an AVID DVE and REC-W Recording Engineering certifications. He was the Creative Art Director in marketing for the Convention & Visitors Bureau of Blair County where he was responsible for creating and overseeing the creation of artwork, design and layout for websites, videos, billboards, coupons, posters, and various other marketing materials. He has over 30 years’ experience in graphic art design, video and audio editing, animation, and marketing. John lives in Altoona, PA.

Chili Dog.
Security
You may have thought Chili Dog was in charge of internet security, but no, we have Lori and Jon for that. Chili Dog is Chris and Lori’s six-month old chow puppy.
He is extremely intimidating, considering he looks like an ewok, and he insures our team safety. He is also responsible for maintaining a high-level of team moral and general happiness.
Chili is working on his certification for obedience and general manners. He lives in Altoona, PA with his pets Lori, Chris and Seth and his other canine and feline roommates.

Jon.
LeadSoftware Developer + SEO Strategist
Jon is responsible for developing customized web applications and databases as well as overseeing all search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, tactics, and analytics. Additionally, he advises email marketing strategy.
Since joining NOVA6 in 2011, John has been second-to-none when planning and delivering custom software platforms, executing cross-browser compatibility, and assuring the highest level of security for e-commerce and governmental sites. He is also exceptional at defining SEO and email marketing project goals, strategies, and tactics. He identifies target keywords as well as develops and executes SEO coding, structure, content, and social and back linking strategies.
Jon has been a software developer for over 16 years. He creates custom software using PHP, Java, Javascript, C++, jQuery and swift. Additionally, Jon creates custom databases using Microsoft SQL and MySQL. He received a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Cardiff University located in the U.K. John lives in the U.K. with his wife, daughter and goldfish.

Public Relations + Content Strategist
Christie is responsible for strategically developing content for print and digital platforms, as well as building and maintaining media relationships. Christie began with NOVA6 in 2015 and had an immediate impact on the team; considering her experience in national advertising campaigns, re-branding, working with local and national media, writing and distributing news releases, crisis management, website updates, social media campaigns, and copy writing.
