Nittany Energy

As part of their new recruitment campaign, Nittany Energy wanted to create a streamlined employment portal. Their goal was to create a simple online application and management system.

To meet their needs, NOVA6 developed a clean, minimal landing page that includes step by step instructions, conditional form fields that populate based on user selection, and a resume upload.

Applications are managed through a secure admin portal that allows managers to view, filter, download, and archive submissions.  As applications are submitted, automated email notifications are also routed to specific departments within the company.
