Horell Property Management

The owner of Horell Property Management approached NOVA6 when his company was a new start-up.  He was beginning his venture by renting out his properties, but had a vision to grow into a property management company. He needed us to brand his company, including logo creation. Additionally, he needed us to create a website that would save him time and money by functioning, essentially as an employee. The website needed to provide a downloadable rental application, a virtual tour, and all relevant information for his properties. He planned on promoting his properties through social media platforms and Craig’sList.

Our goal was to focus on the website functionality needed to produce only qualified leads for his rentals. Our team knew that a responsive design was a must, since most users would be accessing the site through social media advertisements- primarily coming from mobile devices. NOVA6 designed the site to grow with Horell Property Management.  For example, as the company’s needs shift throughout the upcoming year, Horell’s site will scale as well, offering information relevant to his new properties and services.
